1. Contact
When you contact us, we’d love to hear about your goals and expectations and discuss how we can help you achieve them. If you are genuinely interested, the trainer will contact you to schedule a free trial lesson. This is the ideal way to experience what you can expect from the training and to determine whether there is a click between you and the trainer.

If you liked the trial lesson and had a good connection with the trainer, you are probably excited to start. Together with your personal trainer you will then schedule your first training. With us you can often start in the same week.
What can you expect
We think it is very important to get to know you better before we start the training. That is why we usually start the test training with a relaxed conversation and a drink. We discuss your fitness goals, as well as your past and current fitness, so that we can put together a training plan tailored to you. During the training we will do different exercises to see how your muscles and joints move. If there are any abnormalities, such as knees moving inward on Squats or a shoulder not fully extending on a Shoulder Press, the trainer will know what to work on to correct this and ensure optimal progression. After the training we discuss the possibilities to continue. Together we will discuss whether there is a click and what your preferences are. This gives you enough time to think calmly before making a decision.
Fitness Analysis
We use a unique InBody scale to measure the body. This scale provides an analysis of body composition, which describes how the body is built. The analysis provides accurate results on changes in fat and muscle mass and body fat percentage. With a subsequent measurement you can clearly see where you have gained muscle and where you have lost fat. This allows you to really observe the progression!
If you find that your progression is slower than expected, or if there are other obstacles, you can discuss with our trainers what needs to be adjusted to still stay on track.
PROGRESS
We use our own app that is useful not only for keeping track of your nutrition and training goals, but also for booking appointments. This app supports you in achieving your fitness goals and provides a structured approach. This allows you to keep track of progress even better and follow your results optimally. You don’t have to worry about missing workouts or forgetting appointments and you can fully focus on achieving your goals.

Evaluating results is a crucial step in achieving your fitness goals. To make sure you’re on the right track and to make any adjustments, it’s important to review progress on a regular basis. That is why we recommend that you evaluate the results once every few months.
