During this session we’ll discuss your goals, experience, and current situation. This way we know exactly what you need and can create a personalized approach.

After the intake we’ll schedule your first training. You’ll immediately begin with a personal plan that’s safe, effective, and motivating, so you can see results quickly.
What can you expect
At Roure, we always start with a free intake. Over a cup of coffee or tea, we take the time to get to know you. We’ll discuss your goals, training background, and current fitness level to get a clear picture of where you are and what you need.
In your first session, we’ll assess your movements, posture, and technique. This allows us to identify your strengths as well as areas for improvement, ensuring you train safely and achieve results faster.
To track your progress, we use an InBody scan along with our app for monitoring training and nutrition. We regularly review your results together and make adjustments where needed.
Fitness Analysis
We use a unique InBody scale to measure the body. This scale provides an analysis of body composition, which describes how the body is built. The analysis provides accurate results on changes in fat and muscle mass and body fat percentage. With a subsequent measurement you can clearly see where you have gained muscle and where you have lost fat. This allows you to really observe the progression!
If you find that your progression is slower than expected, or if there are other obstacles, you can discuss with our trainers what needs to be adjusted to still stay on track.
PROGRESS
We use our own app that is useful not only for keeping track of your nutrition and training goals, but also for booking appointments. This app supports you in achieving your fitness goals and provides a structured approach. This allows you to keep track of progress even better and follow your results optimally. You don’t have to worry about missing workouts or forgetting appointments and you can fully focus on achieving your goals.

evaluation
Evaluating results is a crucial step in achieving your fitness goals. To make sure you’re on the right track and to make any adjustments, it’s important to review progress on a regular basis. That is why we recommend that you evaluate the results once every few months.
If you find that your progress is slower than expected, or if there are other obstacles, you can discuss with our trainers what needs to be adjusted to stay on the right track.
